Amendment No. 2 - Modification to the RFQ to reflect the following:

- Answer to vendor questions in response to RFQ. (See attachment Q&A 12.18.25) - NAICS is updated to reflect 541519, Information Technology Value Added Resellers, Small Business of 150 employees. - Attachment No. 2 - Schedule of Supplies/Services (CLINS removed) - Due Date extended to 12/26/2025, 10AM ET.

Amendment No. 1 - Modification to RFQ to update period of performance to reflect base plus option periods. See updated Attachments. No changes to due dates. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation (75H70426Q00007) is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Brand Name Oracle Hyperion Licenses.
