## Description

**Stephan Booster Station & WM Replace Location:** Between Fort Thompson and Stephan, SD 57325 Buffalo County POP: 365 days Construction Magnitude: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.

**Description:** The purpose of this contract is to remove and replace the existing Stephan Booster Station and approximately 9,900 L.F. of ductile iron pipe.

**Contract Type:** The Indian Health Service intends to award a single Firm FixedPrice (FFP) contract in support of this requirement. This solicitation will be procured as a Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with FAR Part 36 procedures with Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria.
