These construction services are in support of the Indian Health Service (IHS). Additional details can be found in the solicitation when it is posted to https://sam.gov. **SCOPE OF WORK:** This acquisition is to obtain all required commercial services, equipment, materials, and supplies to perform removal and replacement of air handling units (AHU)s #3 & #4 and all associated above-roof ductwork, humidification equipment, dehumidification equipment, and building automation controls. **LOCATION OF PROJECT:** All work shall be performed at the Claremore Indian Hospital, 101 S Moore Ave, Claremore, OK 74017 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Period of Performance is 200 calendar days from date of notice of proceed. **CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE:** The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000, in accordance with FAR 36.204(f). **SITE VISIT:** March 26th, 2025 at 10:00AM CT. See attachment B01 RFP for more details. **CONTRACT TYPE:** IHS intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in support of this requirement. This solicitation will be procured as a Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with FAR Part 36 procedures with Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria.
