These construction services are in support of the Indian Health Service (IHS). This project will be advertised as a 100% Small Business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238160 Roofing Contractors. The associated size standard for this procurement is $19 million. **SCOPE OF WORK:** The purpose of this project is to replace the existing roof on the Little Shell Clinic, located in Great Falls, MT, with a new roof. The project defined within the Scope of Work is the Contractor shall provide all necessary construction in order to perform a complete roof replacement, including removal of existing rooftop equipment to be stored for re-installation; removal of existing roofing and flashing system down to the metal deck; installation of new roofing and flashing system; re-installation of stored rooftop equipment; and all necessary testing for roofing and equipment. **LOCATION OF PROJECT:** All work shall be performed at Little Shell Clinic, 425 Smelter Ave NE, Great Falls, MT 59404. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The contract Period of Performance is 90 calendar days from date of notice of proceed. **CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE:** The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $250,000 and $500,000, in accordance with FAR 36.204(f). **SITE VISIT:** 6 March 2025 @10:00 AM MT. Please refer to L.7 for instructions on attending the site visit. **CONTRACT TYPE:** The Indian Health Service intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in support of this requirement.
