SUMMARY OF SCOPE The contractor shall provide the complete design and replacement of HVAC unit for the CT room. The RTU will include a direct steam injection humidifier tied into the existing low-pressure steam system. Additionally, the cabinets inside the CT room will be removed and replaced with new cabinetry. Work shall take place at the Quentin N. Burdick Memorial Hospital located at 1300 Hospital Lp, Belcourt, ND 58316. In accordance with FAR 36.204, Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, the anticipated project magnitude is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00 The type of work to be performed will be categorized under PSC code Y1DA, Construction of Hospitals and Infirmaries and NAICS code 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a size standard of $19 million.
