## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03.

This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS Code 541330 Engineering Services* with a size standard of $25.5M*. Contractor shall establish accurate Construction Cost Data Special Location Factors for use in the Indian Health Service’s (IHS) Facility Budget Estimating System (FBES) in FY 2025. These Location Factors are located within the “Lower 48” States and Alaska.

The due date for the final deliverable is November 15, 2024. Offerors shall follow the instructions in Sections L and M of the B01 solicitation document when submitting quotes. *Changed via Amendment 01, dated 2 May 2024
