The contractor shall also pump out and abandon the existing septic tank and drainfield. Work shall be performed according to the SOW, site drawing, technical specifications, and Washington Water Resource Department (WWRD) standards, rules and regulations. Further investigation of the site is the responsibility of the contractor.
