## Description

The Cheyenne River Health Center (CRHC) recently had a traffic control study done to better evaluate their parking facilities. The intent of this project is to comply with the results of the study and apply its recommendations. The CRHC parking lot also has some major cracking and fraying throughout the facility. To fix the cracking in the parking lot the entire lot will be repaired and chip sealed. The existing signage is also weathered and should be replaced. Due to the accumulation of snow the existing fencing for the staff parking lot has been damaged and needs repaired.

**LOCATION OF PROJECT:** All work shall be performed at the Cheyenne River Health Center located in Eagle Butte, SD. Work included under this contract will be in Ziebach County, South Dakota.

**CONSTRUCTION DURATION:** Period of Performance is 180 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
