## Description

**AMENDMENT #001:** Revises the Statement of Work to provide clarification to the requirements of the services. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 75H1225Q-014KN is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03. The Phoenix Area Indian Health Services (IHS) has a requirement for Secure On-site Shredding Services at the Southern Bands Health Center (SBHC) in Elko, Nevada. This procurement is conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12, Commercial Products & Commercial Services in conjunction with FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
