## Description

The Phoenix Area Indian Health Services (IHS) has a requirement to contract for Elevator Preventative Maintenance & Repair Services for the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) to ensure the hospital’s elevators are maintained and reliable. This procurement is conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12, Commercial Products & Commercial Services in conjunction with FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures; and FAR 37.101, Non-Personal Services Contract.
