## Description

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has awarded a competitive firm fixed price Contract No. 75F40126C00174 to Lusardi Construction Co. in the amount of $778,669.00 for the Irvine Laboratory Exhaust & Vacuum Pump Replacement project. The construction project includes the removal, replacement, installation, and commissioning of laboratory exhaust and vacuum pump systems at the FDA laboratory facility located in Irvine, California.

The work includes replacement of the existing laboratory vacuum system and construction of the Room 2309 exhaust system, including associated mechanical, electrical, structural, controls/BAS integration, testing, adjusting and balancing, commissioning, and related construction activities. The work is to be completed within 222 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
