## Description

In accordance with FAR 16.505(a)(4), the action being proposed for approval is a Justification & Approval (J&A) of a Brand Name acquisition. The nature and purpose of this document is to delineate in writing the justification and approval (J&A) of a Brand Name acquisition for the renewal of fifty (50) Gallup Access workplace surveys and one (1) Gallup access CliftonStrengths as described in the Statement of Work (SOW). The award is anticipated to be a Purchase Order (PO). The Government intends to solicit and award directly to Gallup, Inc.
