## Description

The Govenment requires services to deliver an advanced five (5)-day in-person undercover online operations training course for up to 16 OCI participants. The course will enhance the investigative skills of agents engaged in cybercrime investigations involving the illegal sale of FDA-regulated products via the surface, deep, and dark web.

The selected Contractor shall: Develop and deliver course content aligned with SOW training objectives Provide all required instructional materials, assessments, and instructor support Demonstrate subject matter expertise in digital investigations, managed attribution, and law enforcement-focused undercover operations See Statement of Work (SOW) for full details.
