## Description

**Amendment 2:** The purpose of Amendment 2 is to amend requirement 3. of the Minimum Technical Requirements in the solicitation. This amendment removed the requirement to be autoclaved up to 275° F. All other requirements remain unchanged. As a result of Amendment 2 the response date will change to March 1, 2024, all offers shall be received by 1:00 PM Central Time.

**Amendment 1 Question and Answer:** 1. Requirement 7 b) requires a solid bottom while requirement 18 has a requirement for an excreta pan to be under the cage. Please clarify which requirement.

**Answer:** Requirement 18 has been removed in Amendment 1. See Amendment 1.
