## Description

The purpose of Amendment 4 to Notice ID 75F40124Q00355 is the following:

Upload revised Statement of Work (SOW) document titled ‘Sol_A4_Revised SOW_75F40124Q00355’. This document supersedes the previous version of the SOW and incorporates the following revisions:

a. Remove noise/sound and dust control requirements under previous sections 3.d. and 3.e.

b. Add additional information regarding the cove base work requirements under the project (section 3.d.). The quotation deadline is extended until Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 5:00 PM ET. ALL QUOTATIONS RECEIVED PRIOR TO AMENDMENT 4 WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. I.E., FINAL REVISED QUOTATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.
