## Description

The purpose of Amendment 1 to Notice ID 75F40124Q00294 is to provide the following questions and answers:

**Question 1:** This RFP is open to companies that are not defined as a small business entity, correct?

**Answer 1:** Yes. This request for quotation (RFQ) is being solicited on an unrestricted basis (i.e., no small business set-aside).

**Question 2:** I only want to bid on the GRINDING MEDIA, not the mill. Grinding media of different sizes (e.g., 0.2, 0.4, 0.8 mm diameter) Can this part be bid separately? How?

**Answer 2:** No. Per solicitation term 3.7, quotes shall be for all the deliverables requested. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
