Food and Drug Administration (FDA), has a need to procure preventative maintenance for two (2) SciClone instruments. **Description:** **Statement of Work Background:** The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is a regulatory agency with responsibility for the safety of food for humans and animals and the safety and efficacy of drug, devices, and other medical products. In support of this regulatory mission, CVM runs a laboratory which conducts research/analysis using scientific instruments. This request is for service/maintenance on some of these instruments which are owned and operated by the FDA’s laboratory. Scope of Work This procurement is for the establishment of a new base plus four option period purchase order for a preventative maintenance and repair service for two (2) SciClone instruments.
