THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO BRUKER SCIENTIFIC, LLC AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Office of Acquisition Services (OAS) intends to award a firm fixed-price (FFP) sole source contract to provide an annual maintenance agreement for complete service coverage for a Bruker MALDI Biotyper Sirius One Instrument in support of the Clinical and Environmental Microbiology Branch (CEMB) / Division of Healthcare Quality Promotion (DHQP), Royal Campus, Atlanta, Georgia UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501(a), Sole Source acquisitions and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one source being available to meet the Government’s needs to:
