**Title:** Clinic Consortium for HIV Implementation Research and Prevention (CCHIRP) The Government regrets to inform you that the pre-solicitation Notice ID No. 75D301-24-R-72954, and Related Notice No. 2024-83700 has been canceled. This decision has been made due to current budgetary constraints that have impacted the funding for this requirement.
