## Description

**UPDATE (09/11/2024):** The Request for Quotes has been reopened and amended to clarify the quantity to be delivered. Quotes are now due 9/16/2024. See attached amended RFQ for details. See Attached RFQ for Details and Terms The Contractor shall provide the following:

Single-stranded DNA oligonucleotides: Length is understood to be a significant difference in the construction, processing, and pricing of oligos: For single-stranded DNA oligonucleotides of up to 60 nucleotides (nt) in length: The turnaround time (TAT) will be one (1) business day with an ordering cutoff of 10:00 a.m. EST (to be shipped same-day overnight for next-day delivery).

The expected minimum yield will be 25 nMole resuspended at 100 ?M in nuclease-free water in a 96-well plate format, with ordering volumes of up to 8 plates per day. For single-stranded DNA oligonucleotides of up to 80 nucleotides (nt) in length: The turnaround time (TAT) will be one (1) business day with an ordering cutoff of 9:00 a.m. EST (to be shipped same-day overnight for next-day delivery). The expected minimum yield will be 25 nMole resuspended in tubes at 100 ?M in nuclease-free water.

DNA/gene fragments: As with oligos, length is considered a significant factor in the manufacturing of gene fragments, and thus this task can be understood as having different expectations based on length. Double-stranded DNA gene fragments of 300-1,500bp (base pairs) in length with an error rate of less than 1 bp in 5,000bp. The turnaround time (TAT) will be three (3) business days with an ordering cutoff of 11:00 a.m. EST (with the ordering date being day 0).

The expected minimum yield will be 200ng delivered resuspended at 10 ng/µl in a minimum of 20 µl of nuclease-free water. Double-stranded DNA gene fragments of 1,501-2,000bp (base pairs) in length with an error rate of less than 1 bp in 5,000bp. The turnaround time (TAT) will be eight (8) business days with an expected minimum yield of 1,000ng delivered lyophilized in tubes (with the ordering date being day 0).

Double-stranded DNA gene fragments of 2,001-2,250bp (base pairs) in length with an error rate of less than 1 bp in 5,000bp. The turnaround time (TAT) will be eight (8) business days with an expected minimum yield of 1,000ng delivered lyophilized in tubes (with the ordering date being day 0).
