## Description

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Office of Safety, Security and Asset Management (OSSAM), Occupational Health and Safety Office (OHSO) have a brand name requirement for (2) TSI PortAcounts 8048. The NAICS code for this requirement is 333318. We intend to award a firm fixed price purchase order. The Contractor shall provide PortaCounts, which are quantitative respirator fit testing devices used to assess how well a respirator mask fits.

Proper fitting masks are essential protection while identifying indoor quality hazards. We currently have TSI Portacounts on hand and the software is compatible, cleared and installed. Obtaining Portacounts will ensure continuity with current standards and to reduce the future cost of acquiring new equipment. The anticipated award date of this action is on or before August 23, 2024. Question submissions that only ask questions will not be considered as an affirmative response.
