## Description

The contractor shall be responsible for conducting cognitive and field testing of two current PRAMS Phase 9 questions on maternal vaccination, modified to include response options for RSV vaccination, in English and Spanish, for mail and phone questionnaires, to further ensure that the modified survey questions on maternal vaccination are understood by new mothers.
