## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 75D30124Q78071.

This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 12. Requirement Description Initiate a comprehensive screening and surveillance program for early detection of ORKiD in adolescents. Investigate the role of cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic syndrome in ORKiD among an adolescent cohort.

Develop a longitudinal cohort of adolescents with obesity and track the emergence and progression of early kidney disease into young adulthood. Explore the social determinants of health and adverse childhood events in the cohort.
