For young pediatric populations (ages 6 months to 35 months) and older pediatrics who require two doses of influenza vaccines, the S2 blood will be collected 21 to 28 days after the second dose of influenza vaccine. Serum samples will be tested for vaccine-induced antibodies to determine if the current influenza vaccine strains induce protective levels of antibodies against newly circulating influenza virus strains.
