The Contractor, as an independent organization and not as an agent of the Government, shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, facilities, equipment, transportation and travel necessary to deliver the acceptable pharmaceuticals. The Contractor shall provide brand name or equal product for the following pharmaceuticals. Quantities are detailed in the Statement of work in the attached Request for Proposal.
