## Description

The government requires four hundred gigabytes (400GB) of dark fiber path between the sites in order to permit the Department to perform its National and Primary Mission Essential Functions. This will enable the Department to continue saving lives during National Emergencies, as well as maintain normal operations when facilities are unavailable.
