## Description

The purpose of this single award Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task order is to is to complete administrative and scientific preflight work required for AVATAR project.

The base period work is for administrative efforts including but not limited to project management, the submission of the AVATAR revised science proposal, the production of the JSC Internal Review Board (IRB) protocol document and any necessary follow-on work, and the development of safety documents including the provision of chemical and biological information and data for all materials.

Options may include additional preflight work including but not limited to ground tests for determination of specimen return (live or fixed); optimization of culture conditions; optimization of methods for tissue chip development, characterization, and readout; and verification tests for all procedures and operations.
