He is also the lead instructor of USACE’s Certificate in Risk Assessment and Management program, a credentialing course relied upon by USACE professionals nationwide. Dr. Yoe’s familiarity with USACE’s civil works program, risk frameworks, and communication of uncertainty makes him uniquely positioned to review and validate the risk methodologies included in the GLRI model framework and related public outreach materials.
