## Description

The National Library of Medicine (NLM) requires a license and maintenance agreement for its existing docWizz® Pro Plus Imaging Software, which supports NLM’s ongoing digitization and long-term preservation of historical medical print materials.

The software is used to manage digitization workflows and post-capture image processing and is fully integrated with NLM scanners, its internally developed Digital Project Quality Assurance System, and workflows for ingesting master images and derivative files into the NLM Digital Repository.

The requirement includes continued software licensing, maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure the existing installation remains operational, compatible with Windows 11, and compliant with NLM security requirements. Maintenance will be performed remotely in coordination with and under the supervision of designated NLM personnel.
