The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 513210. Zayo Group LLC is the only responsible source known to provide the services needed. It is NIH's intent that the proposed action may be awarded on a sole source basis to Zayo Group LLC under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. **Contractor Objectives and Tasks:** The purpose of this acquisition is to procure Circuit- Backup Direct Connect B33. This will delivers a fully diverse, end-to-end fiber path between the NIAID Bethesda location and the AWS US-East-1 Northern Virginia region, specifically configured as a backup to the existing 2 x 10 Gbps primary data center connections.
