## Description

Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case QA-D-GAI, Amendment 1 for the Qatar Armed Forces, Qatar Emiri Signal and Information Technology Corps requires technical assistance and support services in the operation and execution of Link 16 Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) duties, tactical data links management and planning.

In accordance with the requirements of FAR 6.302-4, the terms of the Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) Amendment One (1) between the U.S Government and Qatar, COMSETRA, LLC is named as the directed source and are designated to provide Line 702 - Other Technical Assistance (Contractor Personnel Only) for the purpose of providing Link 16 Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) duties, tactical data links management and planning.
