This requirement supports ongoing and planned initiatives including: Transition to the Government-wide GO.gov travel system Oracle Federal Financial System (FMS) enhancements and integration Foreign Service National (FSN) payroll system improvements Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) modernization Integrated Facilities Management System (IFMS) implementation For full requirements, see the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The period of performance for this effort will be July 2026 - July 2027, with one additional option year. The anticipated contract type is Time and Materials (T&M) or Labor Hour. The estimated level of effort is approximately 1400 per year. GFE shall be provided as needed. This requirement is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards statute (formerly SCA) in accordance with FAR Subpart 22.10.
