Prepare documents for scanning, Scanning documents of standard sizes (8.5x11, 8.5x14", and 11/17", Scanning microfiche. Quality Control checking, Convert to PDF documents, OCR is required, Delivery on 2 suitable hard drives provided by contractor. Shredding once government approval in writing is provided. Contractor must provide written security control plan.
