## Description

The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to provide a site visit attendance sheet and extend the due date for proposals. This project will add an interventional radiology suite to meet increased demand for interventional radiology services and relocate an existing radiology suite to the same area to increase operational efficiency. The contractor shall complete the work required in accordance with terms and conditions, construction drawings and specifications.
