This procurement is for the urgent replacement of the engine in a Type III Firetruck (Unit 6469) that has become inoperable due to a catastrophic engine failure. The service required includes the installation of a remanufactured engine, ensuring that the vehicle can return to service as soon as possible to support on going fire suppression efforts.
