**Subject:** KC-46 Commercial Aircraft Strategic Parts Repair and Exchange (CASPER) MAC IDIQ Pre-RFP Virtual Industry Conference Announcement Related announcement: FA8109-25-R-0001 KC-46 Commercial Common Repairable Support The KC-46 Pre-Solicitation Industry briefing will be held Thursday, 4 December 2025 @ 9:00 AM CSDT, via MicroSoft Teams. You MUST register for this event by sending the contact information below or you will not be sent a meeting invite.

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY SENT YOUR REGISTRATION YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESEND. This announcement is a pre-notification that the United States Air Force (USAF) will host a Pre-Request for Proposal (RFP) Virtual Industry Conference for the KC-46 CASPER MAC IDIQ effort at a date and time to be determined in November 2025. This conference aims to:

• Allow for questions. • Describe solicitation response requirement. • Clarify the RFP technical requirements. • Explain the contract structure. • Improve the quality and speed of solicitation responses.

The Government will present information regarding the release of the RFP for the KC-46 CASPER MAC IDIQ effort for the USAF at a date and time to be determined in November 2025. Presentations will cover the Performance Work Statement, technical qualification requirements, the contract CLIN structure, RFP response requirements, and estimated acquisition timeline. A draft solicitation will be provided to registered attendees prior to the conference for review.

Industry is encouraged to review the draft solicitation and submit any questions, concerns, or comments to the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) and Contract Specialist (CS) listed below. Due to the virtual format, attendance is unlimited. However, registration for the conference is required to receive dial-in details and draft RFP/documents, facilitate connectivity planning, and ensure appropriate security measures.
