Barriers that no longer meet Department requirements will be listed as “Unapproved” and removed from the DS-Approved List and Department personnel will be notified that such unapproved barriers should not be purchased or installed for new projects and should be replaced when required per Department policies and procedures. Please consider this notification an additional reminder about the upcoming December 31st, 2026, deadline.
