## Description

This Special Notice serves to formally extend the response deadline for Solicitation FA448425Q0047 from 16 September 2025 at 1200 hours to 22 September 2025 at 1400 hours. During the question-and-answer period, an inquiry was received requesting the Government to provide GPS coordinates and photographs of specific utility poles referenced in the solicitation.

Fulfilling this request required significant planning, coordination, and allocation of resources, which resulted in the requested materials being finalized after the original closing date. In the interest of transparency and equitable competition, the Government has determined that an extension of the solicitation period is warranted to allow all interested parties sufficient time to review the newly provided information and adjust their proposals accordingly. The GPS coordinates and photographs are now available and have been attached to this solicitation.
