The ITL has the requirement to purchase a new appliance due to the existing one reaching end of life. The ERDC intends to issue an award to Onix Networking Corporation, 1991 Crocker Road, Suite 600 Westlake, Ohio 44145-6976, United States, on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR Part 13. The Information Technology Laboratory (ITL) has an existing Mindbreeze InSpire search capability that is reaching end of life status. This is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. A solicitation will not be issued; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The information submitted must be provided in sufficient detail to demonstrate the vendor's ability to fulfill this requirement.
