The MICC - Ft Knox intends to award a contract, on a sole source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization) to support the US Army Cadet Command, 5BDE Houston ISD JCLC/STEM Camp Meals with a period of performance of 16 June 2024 to 22 June 2024.
