## Description

USAID/Guinea, as part of the U.S. Strategy to Prevent Conflict and Promote Stability (SPCPS) in Coastal Africa, is seeking proposals for a comprehensive Economic Resilience Assessment in Guinea. This assessment will focus on the Kankan and N'Zerekore regions to identify economic risk factors that may drive radicalization and violent extremism, and to propose interventions that promote stability through economic empowerment.

**Assessment Key Objectives:** ? Identify main economic risk factors for social unrest, ethnic tensions, radicalization, and potential violent extremism. ? Gain comprehensive understanding of the local economy. ? Identify specific high-risk groups due to economic instability. ? Assess wealth distribution disparities and access to resources. ? Identify education and vocational training gaps. ? Investigate impact on youth, women, and vulnerable populations. ? Engage local stakeholders to explore economic opportunities. ? Research applicable approaches from other regions/countries. ? Propose actionable market-driven solutions.
