## Description

The U.S. Agency for International Development, Mission South Sudan (USAID/South Sudan) intends to issue a Contract Modification per AIDAR 706.302-70(b)(5) to the USAID South Sudan Life Support Services (LSS) Activity contract No. 72066821C00004. The modification will extend the performance period by 12 months, from May 31, 2025, to May 31, 2026, and increase the Total Estimated Cost (TEC) by $5,266,375. Thus, the TEC will increase from $21,534,557 to about $26,800,932.
