## Description

The Senior Development Outreach and Communications (S/DOC) Specialist position, an off-shore U.S. Personal Services Contract position. This position will be located in the Front Office of USAID/Ethiopia and reports directly to the Deputy Mission Director, USAID/Ethiopia.The S/DOC Specialist will service the needs of USAID/Ethiopia and USAID/Djibouti (for detail solicitation, see the attachment).
