The training is intended to build the capacity of the participants to independently conduct the financial audits of USG funded activities and produce acceptable audit reports in line with the GAGAS. A total of 60 participants. d) The issue of Developing and implementing a Capacity Building Plan targeting the NAO to ensure production of an acceptable Regional Inspector General (RIG) Financial audit report by December 2024 is REMOVED from the scope. IV. EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION OF WORK a) The contractor should complete the training on the pre-agreed training dates, but before September 30, 2024.” VI. OVERSIGHT AND SUPPORT a) The training venue, projector, and food & refreshments will be secured separately and will be covered by USAID Malawi. Training materials will however be provided by the contractor. b) Participants' accommodation for those travelling from outside Lilongwe will be covered by USAID Malawi.
