## Description

The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking offers from qualified persons to provide personal services under contract as described in this solicitation. Offers must be in accordance with the instructions in Attachments 1 and 2 of this solicitation. Incomplete or unsigned offers will not be considered. Offerors should retain copies of all offer materials for their own records.

Any questions must be directed in writing to the lilongwehr@usaid.gov address with the subject line: “Questions Solicitation No. 72061224R00002 Offshore USPSC Senior Supply Chain and Logistics Advisor” not later than February 19, 2024, at 17:00 hours, Malawi time. We will post responses as soon as possible afterward.
