SCOPE OF WORK The Offeror shall deliver a structured career transition program that includes soft skills training, career coaching, certification facilitation, and job search support. The program should include a combination of group training and individual coaching. Services should include support to transition from USAID to regionally and Mexican-based international organizations, international and Mexican nonprofit organizations, and the private sector companies. Group sessions may be delivered in Spanish.
