## Description

The Climate Ready for Big Ocean State Sustainability (Climate Ready BOSS) (formerly called the USAID Pacific Islands Climate Finance Activity (PICFA) seeks to strengthen the capacity of the twelve (12) Pacific Island countries (PICs) and focus on improving adaptation and mitigation ability for regional bodies and national governments in the 12 countries by (a) mobilizing climate finance and (b) improving climate finance management. This is a cost-reimbursement contract action type and is awarded competitively.
