Seek responses to the following questions. Upon reviewing the attached draft SOW, how likely will your organization submit the proposal as a prime offeror in response to the solicitation to be issued at a later date. If you plan to respond to the full solicitation, please include self/organizational information including capabilities and past experiences working on similar activities.
