## Description

The purpose of this amendment No. 02 to the solicitation is to:

1. Provide responses to questions received by the deadline and/or collected during the pre?bidding conference conducted on November 25, 2024. (see attachment).

2. Make minor revisions to the solicitation as reflected in yellow highlights in the attached amended RFQ, which replaces the original solicitation in its entirety. Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions of the RFQ, remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
