USAID intends to limit competition for this procurement to local Architect-Engineering firms classified by the Jordanian Tender Department of the Ministry of Public Works and Housing as Class 1A in the field of water and wastewater. The solicitation will be released in approximately two weeks from the date of posting this synopsis, and will be made available electronically upon its release to https://beta.sam.gov/. Prospective Offerors are advised that this procurement is subject to internal USAID approvals and the availability of funds. This notice in no way obligates the US Government to issue a solicitation and/or award a contract. This notice satisfies the synopsis requirement in FAR 5.2. If a solicitation is issued, all necessary information will be supplied at the time it is posted at beta.sam.gov. Questions/requests for information will not be responded to until RFQ issuance.
